Larry Swenson has been building custom homes in Elk River, MN and the surrounding area (Otsego, Zimmerman, Rogers, Ramsey, Maple Grove, St. Michael, Albertville, Monticello, Big Lake & Becker) for over 25 years. In 2000, Larry's son Erek joined the company because he shares the same commitment to integrity and craftsmanship that his father has built his reputation on. Together they offer a complete range of construction services including: design/build homes, additions, remodeling, decks and storm damage repair.

Since Swenson Construction is a small builder, our customers work directly with us, and together we virtually eliminate communication conflicts. By limiting the number of homes we build each year, we are able to invest the time and care it takes to cultivate a personal relationship with each of our clients based on honesty, respect and caring for their best interest.
